Bet Out of Turn ( poker )
Put money in the pot before it is one's turn to do so, that
is, before other players who are supposed to act first have
had a chance to indicate what they are going to do. In most
card rooms, acting out of turn is not binding. A player who
puts money in the pot out of turn is usually permitted to withdraw
that money, and is usually required to do so.
Betting out of turn is often an honest mistake, particularly
from a beginner or someone who doesn't pay enough attention
to what is going on; sometimes, though, it is an angle intended
to influence the action of others.
