Freak Draw ( poker )


An extremely lucky draw, usually greatly defying probability, and often in such a way as to defeat a hand that has considerably the best of it. If, in lowball, you draw three cards and make a 6 or better, that constitutes a freak draw. If, in draw poker, you draw three cards to two cards of the same suit and make a flush, that, too,
constitutes a freak draw. Sometimes called Gardena miracle.
